Minutes: February 11, 2025, Board of Audit Meeting
Presented for approval at the February 11, 2025, Regular Board Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm on by Chair, Michelle Meis. Supervisors present included Stan Iskierka, Branden Mell and Doug Johnson. Absent: Betsy Rising. Clerk Heather Sward, and Treasurer Angela Krejchik were also present.
The Treasurer presented three documents to the board for review:
- 2024 receipts.
- 2024 Disbursements by Vendor, in alphabetical order, including amounts paid.
- 2024 Disbursements by Check Number.
The Treasurer had all the bills received and paid during 2024 available for the Board to review.
The Board asked several questions in regards to bills paid and receipts. The Board found that the documents presented by the Treasurer indicated that the Township’s financial affairs are in good order.
Motion to accept the 2024 disbursements and receipts as presented by Stan Iskierka, seconded by Michelle Meis. Approved.
Motion to adjourn by Branden Mell, seconded by Stan Iskierka at 6:52 Approved.
